WoMen in Coatings now consists of more than 400 participants worldwide. They are committed to equal opportunities regardless of gender and deal with topics such as employee equality in the workplace, career and family, family-friendly working models or women in management.

ColorPride
ColorPride offers a forum for communication and an open approach to individual skepticism towards topics regarding LGBTQIA+ people. The colleagues not only want to support LGBTQIA+ employees in being their authentic selves at work, but also help encourage acceptance from other employees.
